Xclusiv Auto Detail Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the services provided by Xclusiv Auto Detail, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description:
Xclusiv Auto Detail offers auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior detailing, interior detailing, ceramic coating applications, paint correction, and windshield/rim coating.
3. Appointment Booking:
Customers must book appointments in advance for all services. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system.
4. Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
6. Warranty:
Xclusiv Auto Detail provides warranties for certain services, such as ceramic coating applications, as outlined in the service agreement. Customers are advised to carefully review warranty terms and conditions.
7. Liability:
Xclusiv Auto Detail is not responsible for any damage to vehicles left unattended during the detailing process. Customers are advised to remove any valuable items from their vehicles prior to service.
8. Environmental Responsibility:
We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact. We use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible and dispose of waste materials in accordance with local regulations.
9. Customer Satisfaction:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
10. Privacy Policy:
Xclusiv Auto Detail respects the privacy of our customers. We will not share or sell personal information collected during the booking process without consent, except as required by law.
11. Safety Protocols:
We adhere to strict safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our customers and staff. This includes regular sanitation of equipment and adherence to all health and safety guidelines.
12. Modification of Terms:
